Partial - Service Wedding Planning & Coordination
Ideal for Couples who are excited to secure their Venue and “Key” Vendors, but would love a professional partner to help advise and step in to ensure everything comes together beautifully.
Ideal for larger groups and custom planning packages.
This Service includes everything outlined in our Wedding Management & Coordination Package, with the added benefit of beginning communication 90 days before your Wedding Day, plus more!

Wedding - Event Management & Coordination
Perfect for couples excited to plan their Wedding who will appreciate having a trusted professional to oversee the final details and execution. At the time of booking, we create your Wedding Planning Portal to set you up for an organized and successful planning process. A follow-up onboard call will be scheduled to better align you with all of the wonderful features and address any additional questions. The Management Service begins 60 days before your Wedding date. We step in to finalize the details, organize your vendor team, and oversee the event flow! Ensuring a joyful, seamless celebration so you can truly savor every moment!

About me
I’m a proud Pensacola native with a lifelong love for all things Hospitality.
After earning my degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management in 2004, life took me on a beautiful adventure from Florida to Texas and California, where I continued to work for Brinker International for 12 years. In 2012, my husband and I found our forever home in Key West, where my passion for creating meaningful experiences truly came to life.
This island stole our hearts the moment we arrived. It’s where we’ve built our life, raised our two kids, and spend weekends on the water with our family and pup, Blaze. We love fishing, snorkeling, and soaking up the magic that makes this place so special.
As part of the VFC-111 Sun Downer Navy family, Key West isn’t just where we live; it’s where we’ve found our rhythm, our community, and our daily reminder of why I love what I do, creating celebrations that honor the beauty, history, and spirit of this island we call home.
After more than a decade working in the Key West Restaurant and Wedding industry, I felt inspired to take everything I’d learned and create something more personal, an experience built around genuine connection, creativity, and care. With twenty years of Marriage and a lifelong background in Hospitality, I’ve learned that the magic lies in the details; staying organized, calm, and always a few steps ahead, so my couples can truly be present and enjoy their Special Day.
