Jackie is an amazing event planner!! Every conversation and experience I had with her was effortless. She made planning our destination wedding so flawless! We got married in June of 2022. We had a beach wedding planned with our reception being organized with Jackie. Unfortunately (or more so.. fortunately,) there was a tropical storm the day of our wedding and everything had to change. Jackie helped us SO much, she helped us move the entire wedding and made sure everything was in order for the venue change on the day of the wedding!! It was better than I could’ve ever imagined and I truly think the tropical storm was for the better! I was never stressed or worried and I knew everything would come together perfectly with Jackie’s expertise!! 10/10 event planner and person.

I don’t even know where to start when I think about describing Jackie. It brings tears to my eyes to think about how I was so blessed to have her in my life when we were planning our wedding. In 2020, we were told “No” time after time, but then we met Jackie, and even from afar (like across the entire country) we knew she was going to be the shining light to help us fulfill our dream wedding. Once we started working with her, things fell into place for the first time in months after we had to cancel and postpone our wedding month after month. As soon as we had our first phone call I knew we were in great hands!She was the easiest part of our wedding, hands down. We hadn’t seen the venue, tasted the food, had the drinks, but we walked us through every detail we could possibly think of and when the week came and we showed up, she handled every single thing. I didn’t have a single worry on my wedding day because Jackie had made us so comfortable and handled all of the things I never would’ve even thought of.Jackie is someone who will go above and beyond and think beyond the box of what you’re envisioning. "Looking back, doing a destination wedding, a planner is essential. "
Highly, highly recommend working with Jackie Gibson. Our wedding day was amazing. Plus, Jackie, with ease, guided us through our Covid cancelled wedding (April 2020), a rebook, another cancellation, and then finally the big day. She didn’t skip a beat and everything went super smooth. If a coordinator can guide you thru all that, they’re stellar in my opinion.
She has access to numerous sites and venues. Our reception was at First Flight Brewery and we loved it. Service was excellent. Food was delicious. The setting was pure Key West.
Also, I was a person who didn’t really think I needed a wedding planner. Looking back, doing a destination wedding, a planner is essential. You are going to be thinking and worrying about other details - flights, hotels, did so and so arrive on time, etc. leave the wedding details to someone else so you can relax on your day and not have to think about what comes next.

As a proud Pensacola native, my journey in the world of hospitality and tourism began when I graduated from PSC with a degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management in 2004. Life took an adventurous turn when I met my husband in 2005, leading us on a military journey from Florida to Texas, California, and finally to the captivating shores of Key West in 2012.
This enchanting paradise stole our hearts, and we knew it was time to put down roots. With my family of four by my side and our water-loving doggo Blaze, we embrace the beauty of this island by spending cherished moments on the water—fishing, snorkeling, and enjoying the sun-kissed sandbars. We are also a proud VFC-111 Sun Downer Navy Family!
After spending 11 incredible years in the Key West restaurant and wedding industry, I felt a calling to channel my creativity and work directly with my clients. With nearly two decades of marriage and extensive experience in the hospitality field, I've cultivated qualities of patience, organization, critical thinking, and an unwavering passion for exceeding expectations.
